Costume Hire Terms & Conditions
To our valued customers, Xtreme Partyz “Terms and Conditions” relating to costume/shoes/accessories hire:
1. If you decide to book our costumes please have your photo I.D ready for our friendly staff to enter your contact details into our system for hiring purposes. If you have hired in the past with Xtreme Partyz this is not required. However please inform us if your contact details have changed.
2. All Adult costumes are $50.00 each and children are $25.00 each to hire with a $50.00 refundable bond on each costume hired unless an alternative arrangement has been made with management. We do have some deluxe costumes that are $65.00 to hire with a bond and all stockings are sold separately for $15.00 each.
3. The $50.00 bond will be refunded providing the costume(s)/shoes/accessories are returned in the same condition they were hired in. If any costume is not returned or returned damaged/pieces missing then Xtreme Partyz will hold onto the bond and assess the repair or replacement of the costume and if there is any further cost then an invoice will be issued and the balance to be paid within 7 days. If there is any refund out of the bond then the customer will be given the difference. If the matter can be dealt with at the time of return then we will endeavour to do so.
4. When booking a costume for future hire we require a $20.00 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee for each costume booked this amount comes off the total balance. Please note and understand that once you have paid this booking fee, you agree that it’s forfeited if you decide to cancel and if you have more than one costume booked it can’t be transferred to pay that balance nor can it be redeemed for any future bookings. Sorry for any inconvenience
5. If a costume needs to be altered to fit then a fee MAY be charged (The fee is between $5.00 and $20.00). We will discuss this with you first.
6. Costumes are to be picked up on the Thursday prior to the weekends hire and the costumes must be RETURNED on the Monday STRICTLY between 10:00am and 5:00pm after the weekends hire. Otherwise a $10.00 late fee will be charged for each costume hired each day it’s late. If any costume isn’t returned by the next operating day which is Tuesday then you will be liable to pay another hire fee accordingly.... Please note we are CLOSED Sunday’s.
7. We are open for hiring on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. There are after hours appointments available on Thursday evenings between 5:00pm and 7:00pm but you must call to book in
8. If any costume(s) are returned dirty (to which they would require further attention in having them cleaned)
A $10.00 to $20.00 wash fee will be charged at our discretion. If you have worn a pair of our shoes, then we kindly ask that you remove/wipe any dirt residue from the soles of them before returning them into their carry bags otherwise you will receive a $10.00 wash fee. We thank you for your assistance.
9. Please note once you have taken the costume from our shop, we do not refund for change of mind, or for an unforseen cancellation of your event. If you book a costume and wish to change your booking to another costume this can be arranged. But not once the costume or costumes have left the shop.
10. Customers are not to wash the costumes unless it’s done by a dry cleaner with a receipt to prove. However if you spill something on the costume and it appears that it may stain or result in a wash fee please contact Vanessa or Sarah first to obtain the hand wash policy for all hired costumes.(Thank you for taking the time to read the above information and if you hire our costumes you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions).

DJ/MC Booking Terms & Conditions
1. A $50.00 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee is charged when making your booking. This $50.00 will be deducted from the total balance.
2. Balance of monies are to be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the function.
3. Any specific song requests are to be made in writing via email to brad@xtremepartyz.com or in person during our shop hours at 120 Arizona Road Charmhaven. These requests are to be made no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the function.
4. If the DJ/MC is asked to play longer at your function the charge will be negotiated with the DJ/MC at the time of the request. Our charges are generally $50.00 per hour before midnight and $100.00 per hour after midnight.
General Party Hire Terms & Conditions
1. At least a $50.00 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee is charged when making your booking. This $50.00 will be deducted from the total balance.
2. A $50..00 Bond will be charged and held by Xtreme Partyz until the Hired Items are returned or picked up Clean and Un-Damaged. Damages, Cleanliness and appropriate charges will be assessed at the discretion of Xtreme Partyz. If there is any further cost over and above the $50.00 Bond an invoice will be issued with the balance to be paid within 7 days. If there is any refund out of the bond then the customer will be refunded the difference.
3. At the time of booking, the Hirer will make Xtreme Partyz aware of any difficult access like Stairs, Narrow Doorways, No Parking etc.
4. The hirer will ensure that there is room, access and parking for the goods to be delivered in a 4WD and Trailer, Van or Small Truck.
5. The Hirer will be negotiable with the delivery time.
6. The Hirer will sign and agree that they have read these terms and conditions, along with the safe operating instructions for all hired items.
7. The Hirer will take all precautions nessescary to ensure the hired iitems are not damaged whilst in thier possesion.
8. The Hirer will have all hired items CLEANED and STACKED prior to the agreed time for pick up.
Wedding & Events Terms & Conditions
1. A NON REFUNDABLE booking fee is charged when making your booking. This will be deducted from the total balance. The amount of the deposit will be negotiated depending on the total amount and items / services required.
2. Balance of monies are to be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the function. Uless agreed otherwise.
